These terms apply to this website and to Priority Access memberships in Christoph Capital, which is operated by Christoph Capital Ventures, Inc., a Tennessee corporation. By purchasing Priority Access you agree to them.

What Priority Access is

Priority Access is a one time payment of $25 that makes you a Priority Access Member of Christoph Capital before the club opens. It entitles you to:

  • first access when the club opens
  • Priority Access pricing, locked in, when membership launches
  • first invitations to early member events

That is the whole of what you are buying.

What Priority Access is not

This is the most important section on this page, so it is written plainly. Priority Access is a membership in a club. It is not:

  • an investment in Christoph Capital Ventures, Inc. or in any project, property, fund, or deal
  • a security, a share, an equity interest, a partnership interest, or a promissory note
  • a right to any profit, distribution, dividend, or return of any kind
  • a guarantee that you will be offered any investment opportunity
  • a guarantee that any opportunity you are offered will be available to you, suitable for you, or profitable

Any investment opportunities are offered separately, under separate documents, and subject to their own terms and to applicable law. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.

No professional advice and no brokerage relationship

Jordan Christopher holds a Tennessee real estate broker license. Membership in Christoph Capital does not create a brokerage relationship, an agency relationship, or a fiduciary duty of any kind between you and him or between you and Christoph Capital Ventures, Inc.

Educational material, discussion, deal walkthroughs, events, and anything else provided through the club is for general educational purposes. It is not real estate brokerage services, investment advice, financial planning, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Consult your own licensed professionals before making any financial, real estate, legal, or tax decision.

Refunds

You can request a refund of your $25 at any time before the club opens, for any reason, by emailing us. We will refund it in full.

If the club does not open

We intend to open Christoph Capital before January 7, 2027. If the club has not opened by that date, we will refund every Priority Access payment in full, automatically, without you having to ask.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a specific opening date before January 7, 2027, a specific curriculum, specific events, specific speakers, a specific number of members, or access to any particular person, property, or transaction. The club's programming may change as it develops. What will not change are the three entitlements listed above and your refund rights.

Membership conduct

Christoph Capital is a private club and we reserve the right to decline or end any membership. If we end your membership for a reason other than your own breach of these terms, we will refund your $25. If we end it because of harassment, threats, fraud, or other conduct that harms other members, we may keep it.

You agree not to share, resell, or transfer your Priority Access membership.

Confidentiality

Deals, financial details, and member information discussed inside the club are shared in confidence. You agree not to republish or redistribute them outside the club without permission.

Our content

The text, images, logos, and materials on this website and in the club belong to Christoph Capital Ventures, Inc. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of Priority Access or this website is limited to the amount you paid us, which is $25. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or losses on any investment or transaction. Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant and you are a member we will email you. Changes will not reduce your refund rights for a payment you have already made.
